Using Prosocial to act effectively in the time of COVID-19

This post features two videos that have been very popular at the time of COVID-19. C19 has introduced all sorts of new challenges. Many of us have children at home or we are feeling isolated and unhappy about all that we cannot do. At the same time, new opportunities for learning and growth have opened up. In the first video, Paul takes a look at how you can use the personal ACT matrix to help you clarify what matters most about how you respond to the coronavirus situation, and to help you work out what you most want to do at this time.

In this second video, Paul explores how the collective matrix can be used to help you hold an effective family meeting to learn about shared values, goals and concerns.
